The Story of Us

Gallery Indigena, founded in the early '70s by Erla Boyer, celebrates the art of Indigenous peoples. The gallery is deeply committed to supporting artists and showcasing their work. Inukshuk Gallery, a division of Indigena, was established 15 years ago on Granville Island, Vancouver, with a virtual presence in Toronto.

Inukshuk Gallery is located on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səlilwətaɬ Nations, while Gallery Indigena is on the traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinaabe, and [Neutral Peoples].
